Cancellations & Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We do our best to never double book and we try our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment and on time.

Please understand that missed appointments or late cancellations prevent us from booking in another client. So, in the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone or email, at least 24 hours prior (or sooner) for your scheduled appointment. If you do not reach us by phone, please leave a message on our voice-mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, you are subject to paying the full cost of the booked appt.

We do you the courtesy of having a reminder email of your appt. sent to you, typically 1 day before your scheduled appt. If you would like us to send that email 2-3 days prior, we are happy to do that for you!

If you would like to cancel an appointment and re-schedule online, please request a new day/time and we will happily cancel your other appointment. Simply specify in the note section that you'd like us to cancel your prior appointment, and include the date & time.
